The domain name ‘www.guidingtech.com’ (hereinafter referred to as “Website”/”Guiding Tech”) is owned and operated by Zeus, LLC, hereinafter also referred to as the “Company”.
The Company offers this Website, including all information, tools and services available from this Website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Newsletter Subscription: You may choose to subscribe to Guiding Tech’s newsletters and have it delivered to your personal email IDs. In order to subscribe to these newsletters, you may be required to provide Guiding Tech with your personal information such as name, email ID, for instance in order to begin the subscription. However, you may at any point in time choose to withdraw from such subscription by way of clicking on the option so provided in the newsletter delivered to your email ID and no further correspondence would take place on the subject matter between Guiding Tech and you.

The place of jurisdiction for any disputes that may arise under these terms shall be in Puerto Rico.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, artists, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or terms they incorporate by reference or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party while using the Website.
Severability
